We are a travel consultancy, not a tour operator or travel agent. We sell advice and planning; we do not sell, book or broker any travel, transport, accommodation, visas or insurance. No package travel within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive is created.

Where we prepare or submit visa or permit applications, we act solely as your authorised intermediary: every application is in your name, all fees and charges are paid by you, and the decision rests entirely with the relevant embassies and authorities — approval is never guaranteed and a refusal gives no right to a refund of our fee. All other bookings and payments to third parties (hotels, ferries, insurers, guides, shipping lines) are made by you, in your own name. You travel at your own risk and are responsible for checking current travel advisories, border rules and insurance coverage before departure.

Our advice and dossiers are compiled with the greatest care, based on our own experience and available sources, but rules and circumstances change. No rights can be derived from their contents. MongolHorde Overland accepts no liability for damage, delay, refused entry or any other consequences arising from the use of our advice or from your trip.
